Dashboard, bookings, customers and export
What the dashboard shows, how to filter and search bookings, where customer history lives, how CSV export works and what the activity log records.
Dashboard
Schedopia → Dashboard answers the morning questions on one screen:
- Total bookings, revenue collected, completed count with completion rate, and new customers, each compared with the previous period.
- A bookings overview chart of booked, completed and cancelled bookings over time.
- Today’s schedule: every booking for the day with time, service, customer, staff member and status.
Switch the period between 7 days, 30 days and 3 months. A search box at the top finds bookings, customers and services from anywhere in the admin, and New booking creates one by hand.
Bookings
Schedopia → Bookings lists every appointment and seat reservation. Filter by:
- Status (for example confirmed, completed, cancelled).
- Staff member.
- Service.
Search across the list by customer name, email or service. Each row shows the payment status and amount. Open a booking to change its status, record a payment, or cancel it. Cancelling sends the customer a cancellation email.
Customers
Schedopia → Customers holds one record per customer with their contact details and full booking history. Customers are created automatically the first time they book and matched by email on later bookings, so you can see repeat visits without asking anyone to create an account.
CSV export
From the bookings list, Export CSV downloads exactly what you are looking at: the current filters and search are applied to the export. Narrow to one staff member and last month, export, and you have that person’s month in a spreadsheet. Available from version 1.2.2.
Activity log
Schedopia → Activity Log records what changed and when: bookings created, statuses changed, payments recorded, settings edited. Use it to answer “who cancelled this?” or “when did that price change?”.
Calendar
Schedopia → Calendar shows bookings by day and week across staff. For a feed you can subscribe to from Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar, see calendar links and feeds.
